We already know that your body temperature works and ticks like an internal clock controlling our sleeping cycles. Body temperature also controls the metabolism, circulation and other involuntary activities our body undertakes.

Variation in body temperature and also indicates induces the feeling of being awake or being tired.

Reduction of body temperature causes the feeling of lethargy, fatigue and drowsiness. Conversely, an increase in body temperature causes the feeling of alertness, feeling energetic, resulting in better concentration.

The rise and fall of body temperature during the day should not be interpreted as the need to rest or sleep. This happens many times during the day depending on the level of activity of the body at a given time.

When a body is pushed to the intense physical activity, body temperature automatically rises and falls slowly once the activity is stopped. This reduction in body temperature causes a feeling of fatigue or sleepiness.

When the body does intensive physical work during the day, you feel tired when you go home and just want to sleep. This does not happen because of the desire to sleep, but after a fall in body temperature and the reaction of your body due to the decrease of temperature.

If you let this phase pass and wait for your tax body temperature to normal, you start to feel awake and alert again.

To recharge your physical energies, I would say, as a powerful part of my plan of sleep, take a nap from 10 to 45 minutes during the day. This nap should be taken when you sleep is when your body temperature decreased, as it will help sleep. The nap should not exceed 45 minutes and should not enter deep sleep. Deep sleep does induce further decline in body temperature.

When you wake from your Power Nap, you may feel drowsy and lethargic due to high levels of melatonin. It is important to get your body to normal temperature by using a physical movement of light and exposure to light.

It is understandable that you feel tired even when you lead a sedentary life. This does not mean that you need more sleep, but that means you need more movement and less sleep. This often occurs due to a drop in body temperature.
