The inner critic is our biggest obstacle to success, because until we deal with it and opened it, so to speak, learn, we will always be kept from her again. Before you take control of gain and loss, the critic, you must first know his voice and be able to identify him, as it surfaces through the day. The critic faces at the times when you feel low, about to try something new, make a mistake or face a big decision, and his number one priority is to hurt you and damage you. Critics greatest weapon is his secrecy and if we can take away the secrecy of the practice of thought, observation, we can keep the critics of his mouth and made some progress in life.


To catch our inner critic in the moments when it tries, our confidence and self esteem is damage, we need to do four things.


1. Close your eyes and relax your body by breathing deeply and stretching to drawing the air into the stomach to your diaphragm. Continue breathing like this for 2-3 minutes until you fully relaxed.


2. Relax your body. Do not leave any tightness in the legs, arms, face, jaw, neck and shoulders.


3. Find the place in your body when you feel the depression. Put all your concentration on this point and get to know the feeling of how much you can


4. Listen to your mind and find out what thoughts caused this feeling in this part of your body. Listen to everything you say to yourself, in your mind. Next, try to remember what your inner critic said to awaken the feeling of depression within you.


Each time you feel depressed, it's usually say because of your inner critic, and negative things about you. But often these thoughts so quickly and so numerous that you do not notice them among all the other thoughts raced through my head so when these four steps to do every time depressed come, you should be able to more easily to recognize what was said by the inner critic.


Everyone's "critic is different, some peoples critics they keep on the straight and narrow path, while others are harmful and remind them of past mistakes when they try something new. Check Either way, the inner critic, because if it free hand in his head, it will undoubtedly destroy from the inside out.
