There is a 200-year-old medical museum, the Museum mother in Philadelphia that for doctors to see what diseases has been designed look. It may be clear that you know someone is drinking too much, or that an employee is a zero, or that a friend of the people scared away talking about themselves, nonstop.
You can see that these people around themes, with a negative impact on their lives. It does not help them to deny their problems with rationality as "drinking helps me loosen up" or "this job does not deserve my best work" or "the people no longer listen.
If only they could see what you see, is not it? Some of them know these issues are, but they do not want to face it. What does this do to their self-esteem? It is not certain to help, not only because their subconscious knows that they have a problem, but it also knows that she herself with lies about the problem. And the problem is ever be resolved if they deny it exists to keep? Of course not.
Sometimes just want to show these people how to see through your eyes. But they must "see" be open to.
Well, what about you? What will you not see? If you think about some of the biggest problems in your life, it is possible, there is some denial going on?
But how do you detect denial? Will not that uncomfortable? If you are concerned about the effort it takes to change?
Do not worry. The effort is paying off. Get out of the comfortable, but useless place of denial and you can only build self-esteem. It is not hard to do.
An expert on Self Esteem, has rejected Dr. Nathaniel Branden, author of "The Six Pillars of Self Esteem", a beautiful art for denial and learn the truth. It is generally goes like this:
Get a blank piece of paper and a pen.
Get into a calm state of mind. Calm yourself with a few deep breaths.
Think about what you want in your life and what you thinks.
Write one or more of your most important questions.
Now focus on one of the questions and brainstorming (which means to come with ideas and not criticize,) by writing down 5 or 10 endings to this sentence:
"It could help the situation if I. ..."
Do this for five days in succession, without looking, what you previously wrote. Then, on 6 Hello, you check your answers. They are probably some truth in what you wrote.
It turns out, that might a hundred years ago, the woman with the banana Horn, they had removed. Denial have to stop them? Do not be staying denial.
The truth you could make free. Or at least put on a better course to self-esteem and better luck to build.
