Human nature is complex. We are born into a family, go to school, take hundreds of different people who go to work and then retire. I work all the time we are bombarded by other people with different messages and thoughts. influence on the mercy of other people and influence how we feel about ourselves, but only to the extent that we provide to them.
When we are young, we are not able to separate us from our parents. But as we get older and maintain our own identity, we often do not realize that many families and patterns of thought are already in our minds!
Perhaps our low opinion of ourselves is, that our low self-esteem comes from the way our family feels about us, about yourself and about life in general. Maybe it was something that was told in school. Maybe you had a few offensive comments from an ex, or maybe your family was a peculiar trait that spans generations, and that this "curse" are blessed.
Whatever the cause, just remember that it is never as important as setting their own self-respect. Now that you are an adult you can make a conscious decision to let the garbage and negativity come from the past, and focus instead on developing a loving relationship are fabulous themselves.
Some great techniques to develop your self-respect are:
1. Write a list of all the negative points that you have taken up about themselves, and where you think they came from. Now go burn this list. Please note: You must do this exercise only once!
2. Write a list of all your positive qualities, skills and experiences in your life. List everything you can think of, no matter how small or insignificant it may appear. Review this list at least 2 to 3 times a day and feel the positive emotions, when you do it!
3. Be body aware. Take the focus of the day on your body for about 50-10 minutes. Notice your posture, your breathing, no pain and tension. Gently breathe in and imagine any medical conditions, to relax your body and light. Use this time to appreciate your body. If you are aware of some body or even negative, to start small. Love, Pinky, your eyes, your elbow.
4. Be aware emotionally. Every day for 5 to 10 minutes on how you're feeling focused. Are you stressed, anxious, angry, tired, happy, light? Soft focus and breathe on your feelings and imagine them getting easier, if they are negative or effort, if they are positive.
5. Be aware mentally. to concentrate every day for 5 to 10 minutes on your spiritual connection, whatever you believe in. Experience fill the love and peace and make sure it your whole soul. You are whole and perfect just because you are a man in a loving universe.
6. Only the love of self, as you are. If you do not love, attention or support to get in your life, then it is time for it to give themselves. Because Buddha said:
"You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection"
Take some time to get healthy diet, regular exercise, fun times, to give one of your friends. Find take your physical appearance through time, clothing and accessories that look great on your election. If you do not know where to begin, drag a friend to the shops (preferably one with a little sense of style!) Or ask a shop assistant.
