Do you want to be brave? Here are five things you do to be more courageous.

1. Try something new every day.Staying at home in your comfy sofa, the same television program not look a day makes you brave. Choose at least one new thing you have never done before every day. Go to a new restaurant, read a different way home from work, a new book, you talk a person to have never spoken before ... Expand your horizons and become a discoverer.

2. Practice doing weird things. The more you practice, to do things that you are afraid to get the less they fear. If you are afraid to make phone calls to people you do not know very well to do practice until it feels easier. If you anxious when you talk in your second language (or third language, if you are bilingual) feel, speak the language more often. Courage is not never felt fear, but fear, feel and do it anyway.

3. Visualize yourself as courageous. To achieve any goal you need to know what is your goal. Therefore, to be brave, you need to know how the new "brave you" would be. How would you look like you would say, what would you do, how would you feel and what would be your posture like?

4. Pretend that you are already super-brave. Something else is spending is to practice like, know that if you claim that you brave your brain assumes that you are brave and you will already begin to get used to this kind of person. To make it easier you can do a certain amount of time to do this. How about the supermarket as a super-brave person? Or how about super-brave at the next meeting at work?

5. Give yourself credit when you do something courageous. It does not matter how many brave deeds do you do when you are sure to recognize this. Each time you do something, despite your fear you should celebrate you (make you give yourself a treat or something pleasant), or at least you say "well done". This will encourage you to continue courageously to the future.
