1. Write a list of all your best features, qualities and abilities.
Do not be shy or modest. Get everything, no matter how small you think it is. Keep the list with you as much as possible, and read it atleast every morning and before going to bed. Get into the emotion and the feeling of joy and happiness, as you read the list.
2. Stop thinking games, garbage!
They sit down? Get negatively about your life? Moan about everything? Now just stop! Negative comments about themselves achieve nothing in your life. So stop indulging in such useless, destructive actions and replace the negatives with the positives! If you think you have to replace over weight and unattractive, with waste:
"I love and respect me, whatever my size and shape, and I a great healthy lifestyle with good food and regular exercise that will make me undertake amazing!"
3. Re-write a bad experience
If you want something because of certain experiences of the past that put a dent in your self-esteem, change your perspective low.
It's a learning experience under any challenge. Writing with a little imagination and elbow grease to new that the experience and transform itself into a positive, life-changing event that propels you in the direction of even more growth, self-love and self-development.
4. Set measurable goals
Get Top-goal deficit, and break it down into small steps. Undertake a step baby every day.
The objectives could relate to finances, relationships, fun, interests.
5. Be what ever you want to be
If you have lost contact with your mojo, your inner diva or groovy guy - then they go back. Change personal style and give yourself a proverbial kick in the butt.

Try on some new clothes, a second opinion, and you update your wardrobe.

Self-esteem is one of the fundamental aspects of human nature, because it sets the direction for your life.
