There are moments in our life where we feel a little inadequate. We look at the around us and it seems that the grass is greener on the other side. The other person seems everything we do. The house, the job, the lovable, partners, children and no financial worries affected their seemingly perfect world. We turn the TV on and it is full of ads telling us what to buy to us and make our lives better. Every day we are subtle and subliminal reminders that we are well surrounded, but not quiet enough. It seems impossible to imagine there was a time when mankind lived just to enjoy the beauty of nature and life.
If you keep a person who is constantly occupied with it before "with the Jones' ask yourself this question: Why?
The most people the answer to a question like that would be "I want what they have." A simple question with a simple answer. However, if you deeper you will discover that the reason why we do what others have, is made with a negative outlook on our own lives, leading to dissatisfaction and, inevitably, to envy those who seem to have worn a better life . dig Combine that with a heavy dose of advertising that surrounds us on a daily basis, whether through television, magazines, newspapers, etc. and hey presto! We feel inadequate and in need of "something" is our life better.
Maintaining this view, however, we overlook an important and crucial understanding that happiness is a state of mind. A person can not find happiness is in itself one that is constantly looking for elsewhere. It really all starts within. If the perceptions you have about yourself, this is about the prospects you have to think about your life and the world in general.
Getting to know and love who you really are is a good start. Understand that you are already unique, whole and wonderful as you are. The concept must not be sold to you through the endless products, because it already inherently you and every person on this planet. As children, our first instinct is to explore and play. The whole world is like an adventure playground, where everything fascinates our innovative minds. But as adults we tend to gradually replace that with the desire to acquire more and more things in the hope of inspiring happiness within.
Today starts to create happiness within by letting them know the time to appreciate the simple things in life. Whether it's a warm hug from a loved one or a walk in the park When it puts a smile on your heart, do it and start to love life again. There is indeed much truth in the old saying goes that "indicates the best things in life are free."
